Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks, handling and preparation of paperwork.
• Verify incoming/outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size and type; inform management of shortages.
• Compile and submit reports of damaged or outdated stock, over/under shipments, returns to vendor.
• Prioritize and pick material to fill orders and stage product for loading.
• Load and unload delivery trucks; designate and organize stock by product line and space for overflow.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and maintain any required licenses.
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and custodial tasks, including cleaning loading docks and surrounding areas.
• Assist in daily warehouse closing and inventory counts.
