Packer Fastener is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Kansas City team. You will support daily warehouse operations, fulfill customer orders, and assist with receiving and shipping tasks under supervision. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders following standard processes.
• Determine order type and priority for each shipment.
• Use tools (scan gun, scale, knife, tape gun, stapler) to fulfill orders.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping for smooth operations.
• Report discrepancies to sales representatives or leads.
• Perform picking, packing, receiving, and shipping duties.
• Escalate issues or equipment problems to a Leader.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety rules.
• Maintain accurate inventory and restock as needed.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; follow housekeeping protocols.
