Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation in Tampa, FL is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts/vertical lifts and handle loading, unloading, and accurate RF documentation of product movement. You will ensure shipments meet customer expectations and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand/walk for long periods, and compliance with safety rules; prior powered industrial truck experience is preferred. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of powered industrial truck operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and/or vertical lift to move finished goods to/from containers and racked locations.
• Use RF Scanner to document product movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Review shipments for accuracy before loading to meet customer expectations.
• Apply shipping labels and packaging before loading onto trailers.
• Assist in loading/unloading of trailers and containers.
• Notify management of any damaged or mislabelled product or equipment promptly.
• Conduct physical warehouse inventory as needed.
• Follow safety and security rules and report any incidents or injuries.
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork across departments.
