Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and maintain them as needed.
• May operate manual or automated other warehouse equipment.
• Powered industrial truck certification.
• Read and perform basic math in English for safety and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Input data into the WMS computer system.
• Overtime as assigned.
• Build professional relationships at all levels.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking with strong time management.
• Detail oriented with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is correct.
• Train dock employees on new procedures; secure facility at shift end.
• Perform picking and packing duties and check for damage.
• Handle material moves with related transactions.
• Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations.
• Perform routine housekeeping for the assigned area.
