Job summary

Accessory Power in Westlake Village, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced team. You will help ship, receive, sort, and move inventory for thousands of orders daily, ensuring accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This full-time position runs 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with seasonal overtime opportunities. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits like vacation, holidays, medical plans, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to Westlake Village facility.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to bend, kneel, and reach for items on shelves.

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive, sort, move, manage, test, and repack inventory for thousands of orders.
• Receive palletized and container shipments; unload and sort goods.
• Move merchandise and inventory quarterly.
• Sort pick tickets and accurately pick items for shipment.
• Pack at least 50 orders per hour in correct packaging.
• Process customer returns including inspection and relabeling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace daily.
• Assist with product testing, repacking, and sorting defective items.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed by Warehouse Manager.
