Job summary

ADVOC8 & drop is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Charlotte to support inventory control and order fulfillment for our brand merchandise division. You'll work 8.5-hour shifts (7:30 am–4:00 pm) with a 30-minute lunch, using our warehouse management system to pick, pack, and stock items.

You will collaborate with teammates to process large batches, resolve customer service tickets, and maintain a clean, efficient fulfillment center.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Clean background check
• Motivated individual who is willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative and creative work environment

Responsibilities

• Receiving, counting, and stocking inventory
• Efficiently pick and pack orders using our warehouse management software
• Assist with fulfilling large batches of orders within the production line
• Assist in resolving customer service tickets
• Help with general maintenance of the fulfillment center

You will contribute to the growth of ADVOC8's brand merchandise and warehouse division, &drop, by supporting fulfillment projects big and small for our clients.

Our fulfillment associates are detail-oriented and work proactively to get the job done. Our team is focused on developing an efficient process and delivering every day for our clients. Each shift is scheduled at 8.5 hours, 7:30 am - 4 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

What you'll do

The pay range for this role is:
