Job summary

Capstone is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC. The role involves fast-paced, physical work with lifting requirements and a variety of warehouse tasks. You will be paid weekly and eligible for benefits after 60 days, with opportunities to train, grow within the company, and travel to different sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods.
• Selecting items for shipment.
• Freight hauling and material handling.
• Auditing and repacking products.
• Sorting and palletizing items.
• General site cleanup and housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Schedule set at time of hire. No Saturdays!

Pay: $500-$900 / weekly

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
