Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks by following policies and collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lifts) and by using scanners and warehouse systems.
• Maintain records, logs and forms; ensure accuracy and compliance, including cold chain and safety standards.
• Adhere to Open Door Policy and Walmart ethics, promoting integrity and teamwork in daily operations.
• Keep work area organized and ensure continuous freight flow by stacking and moving pallets as required.
• Monitor freight to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement and adapt to change with a customer-focused mindset.
