Job summary

Great Lakes Warehouse in Holland, MI is seeking a dependable Warehouse Freight Handler to join our team. You will pick, pack, label, and prepare orders, operate warehouse systems, and help with receiving and inventory.

This is a full-time, day-shift role with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently or with a team, and physically capable of lifting and moving items.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, or warehouse systems.
• Carefully pack items of all sizes to prevent damage during shipping.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product quality.
• Label, stage, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory.
• Move materials safely with pallet jacks/hand trucks/forks (if certified).
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production and shipping.

What You’ll Do

• Picking customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, or warehouse systems
• Carefully packing items of all sizes to prevent damage during shipping
• Verifying part numbers, quantities, and product quality
• Labeling, staging, and preparing orders for delivery
• Assisting with receiving and organizing new inventory
• Safely moving materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)
• Performing inventory counts and reporting discrepancies
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborating with teammates to meet daily production and shipping

Physical Requirements

Pay & Schedule

• $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime opportunities available
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
