Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Permanent Full Time Material Handler in Dallas, Texas. The role includes warehouse duties such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation, with a first shift schedule on Sundays to Tuesdays, plus every other Wednesday.

Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of related warehouse experience; forklift certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand long periods.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Meet performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse operations (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
