Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Associate to support order selection, replenishment, and product put-away across all temp zones. You will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks, lifting 30-60 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe work area, following KWCS system guidance, and collaborating with warehouse teams to meet throughput targets in varying temperature conditions.

Qualifications

• Adhere to safety rules and guidelines.
• Knowledge of the food industry is helpful.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines consistently.
• Basic reading and spelling skills for paperwork.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold or hot).
• Solid interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Replenish pick locations in the assigned area using KWCS data and management, using forklift equipment.
• Move received product to its assigned location in the warehouse.
• Operate cherry picker, forklift, mid-rider, and pallet jack as needed.
• Work across temperature zones from cold to hot environments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly area by clearing debris and damaged items.
• Support all warehouse operations as directed by management.
