Positions include base hourly pay of $21.50, plus overtime $32.25 and a $1.00 shift premium on third shift. Training is provided, with benefits starting after 30 days and PTO up to 80 hours in the first year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
