Job summary

Adecco is seeking a dependable Forklift Driver to join our Moncks Corner, SC warehouse. You will safely operate lift trucks, move and store products, and support shipping and receiving to keep inventory accurate.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 0-6 months of warehouse or material-handling experience. RF scanners experience is a plus; you are detail-oriented, reliable, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

• 0-6 months of warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet productivity expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts/lift trucks and material handling equipment to unload, move, store, pick, stage, and load products.
• Receive, count, store, and pick inventory accurately using RF scanners.
• Follow work orders and customer specifications when staging and loading outbound shipments.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage and complete basic packaging repairs when needed.
• Report damaged products, shortages, inventory discrepancies, and misplaced materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and battery changes as required.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operating guidelines.
• Support general warehouse and housekeeping duties as needed.
