Job summary

Wismettac seeks a Forklift Operator to support the Branch Office with efficient warehouse operations. You will lift, load, unload, and prepare products for shipment, using RF scanners and pallet jacks to optimize loads and inventory accuracy, while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to read and follow instructions in English, and the flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds.
• Must read, speak, and write English.
• Experience with forklift operation and warehouse equipment.
• Capable of extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product for shipping.
• Check orders for correct assembly and delivery readiness.
• Load and unload products from trucks; stock in designated area.
• Quality control to prevent damaged products from leaving the facility.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; perform preventive maintenance.
• Secure loads and optimize shipment loads.
• Provide fill-in support for other departments.
