Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kansas is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Associate to support loading, unloading and material movement in our Wichita warehouse. You will operate a powered forklift and pallet jack, move items to designated areas, and help maintain safety and accuracy in inventory.

Candidates should have at least one year of forklift experience and be able to pass forklift certification. A GED or high school diploma is preferred; the shift is full-time and based in Wichita, KS.

Qualifications

• Have one year's experience driving forklift.
• Prefer GED or high school diploma.
• One year of experience operating a forklift, with good safe operating record.
• Must be able to pass forklift training for certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive powered forklift to load/unload trucks.
• Move materials in/out and around warehouse as required, stacking in designated areas.
• Assist baler operator as needed.
• Load and unload merchandise for store deliveries and contracts safely.
• Keep Contracts and Gaylords in assigned areas; know counts and placements.
• Conduct a weekly inventory.
