Job summary

Balance Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator for an in-person role at the El Paso Northeast Side facility. You will operate an industrial forklift, receive and pick products, and move items according to SOPs to support smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Operate industrial forklift following safety policies.
• Maintain accurate product location and inventory records.
• Adhere to GDPs and SQF-related requirements.
• Carry out duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Industrial Forklift
• Receive and pick product by following SOPs and work instructions.
• Receive, put-away, transfer & pick product according to procedure.
• Distribution loading and unloading of transportation freight trucks.
• Other duties as assigned by the clerk and/or immediate superior.
