Job summary

ADM in Fargo, ND is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our full-time, hourly team. You will pull and stage orders for delivery with high accuracy, unload inbound shipments, verify stock, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

Occasional shifts and weekends may be required, and a background check is required. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and reliable daily performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required, Forklift Certified is preferred.
• Strong math skills for counting and verification.
• Good reading skills to understand procedures and documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order pulling and stocking.

• Clean warehouse for the purpose of maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment

Warehouse Forklift Operator - Fargo, ND

This is a full time, hourly position.

Position Summary:

While using a forklift this position is responsible for the pulling and staging orders for delivery with extreme accuracy; unloading inbound shipments; ensuring specification and quantity of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; ensuring safe operations of vehicles; and maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment. This position may require shifts and weekends.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$20.00/hr
