Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Chicago, IL to support order receiving and pulling in a fast-paced environment. You will accuracy-check orders, assist with loading delivery trucks, and maintain inventory through audits, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory; conduct audits.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification; perform vehicle safety checks.
• Keep the facility clean, neat, safe and efficient.
• Other duties as assigned.
