Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates for a safety-conscious, outgoing team. This role supports forklift operation and packaging for shipping at our Lebanon, TN facility. A forklift background is preferred, with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Complies with all safety requirements.
• Operate printing machines and assemble components.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Accurately match numbers & letters.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
