Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation.
• Maintaining accuracy in picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production.
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Ryder is hiring a Temp to Hire Forklift Operator in Phoenix, Arizona — offering weekly pay and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Additional pay after conversion from temp to full time (eligible after 90 days): $1.00 hourly raise + $1.00 shift differential
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm or until job completion

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
