Position Overview and Purpose

This role will be responsible for loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and segregating, and case picking product. This role may operate a pallet jack to accomplish some of the tasks above.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Follow proper handling procedure for products within the facility.
• Work with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders.
• Maintain and work in a safe manner, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards.
• Palletize goods and materials to put on trucks for transportation.
• Successfully complete assigned tasks through coordination and teamwork with fellow warehouse employees and leaders.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be capable of learning and retaining the skills needed to work in a safe, productive manner.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must possess a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream.

Job Level Qualifications

Warehouse Operator I

• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Warehouse Operator II

• 3‑4 years of forklift experience required.
• Understand the ability to move products in/out of a warehouse and can operate efficiently and safely.

Warehouse Operator III

• 5 years or more forklift experience required.
• Ability to operate a reach truck or high reach truck preferred but not required.
