Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Victorville, CA is hiring a Material Handler to join a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety and efficiency drive daily operations.

You will operate stand-up reach forklifts, assist with loading and shipping, and maintain accurate paperwork while supporting continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to work on flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate forklift and manage cycle counting as required.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and totes, bills of lading, and related documents.
• Support and maintain safety and performance standards on all shifts.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $22.71 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift 4 x 10 hour shifts, 5:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Schedule will be moving to 5 x 8 hour shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
