Job summary

Capstone is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our Salisbury, MD team on 1st or 2nd shift. You will maneuver freight, load and unload, and perform duties as assigned by site leadership.

We value high-energy individuals with a strong work ethic who can handle a fast-paced, physical environment. Training is available; weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for growth across our North American network are offered.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift 25-75 lbs.
• 1+ year warehouse and forklift experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver freight with forklift, load/unload cargo.

1st Shift 6AM to Finish

2nd Shift 11AM to Finish

The Opportunity:

Forklift Operators maneuver freight, load, and unload both by hand and with equipment and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• 1+ year warehouse and forklift experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
