Job summary

TOPS Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler / Forklift Operator for a rapidly growing manufacturing company operating out of a new, state of the art production and warehouse facility in the Pittsburgh area. This role focuses on material movement, inventory control, and supporting production operations within the warehouse.

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will operate stand-up forklifts and other equipment to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility, ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• Experience using Excel, Oracle, or similar inventory systems – Highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials within the warehouse and production areas.
• Deliver raw materials to production lines based on work orders.
• Track and record material movements in the inventory system.
• Verify material quantities, part numbers, and lot information.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Inspect forklifts and equipment daily and report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Warehouse Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Location: Pittsburgh Area Pay: Daylight - $20.00hr or Night shift $21.00hr Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule (12-hour shifts) – Work 4 days one week(49hrs), Work 3 days the next week (36.75hrs) then schedule repeats itself. Hours: Currently we are hiring for both daylight and night shift.

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM or Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM
