Job summary

Tropic Supply, Inc. in South Miami, FL is hiring a Warehouse Associate and Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, pulling and filling orders, receiving inventory, and supporting shipping documentation.

You will operate a sit-down forklift, use RF scanners, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse. The position requires lifting up to 75 pounds and attention to detail in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Distribution/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and trailers, positioning and securing pallets.
• Pull and fill orders, stage and wrap for shipment.
• Receive and stock inventory, document shipments and receipts.
• Verify parts and paperwork against inventory and support cycle counts.
• Operate sit-down forklift and other equipment; assist counter sales as needed.
