Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a PIT Operator to support 2nd shift in a fast-paced warehouse in Candia, NH. You will operate powered industrial trucks to move pallets, load and unload, stage inventory and assist with order fulfillment.

You will perform equipment inspections, follow safety protocols, keep a clean work area, and work with RF scanners and warehouse systems to help deliver excellent service to GXO's global customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and maneuver in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Accurate order fulfillment and inventory handling per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) to move pallets.
• Load and unload pallets, stage inventory, replenish stock and support order fulfillment.
• Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and support processes.

You will operate powered industrial trucks (such as reach trucks and order pickers) to move, load and unload pallets, stage and replenish inventory, and support order fulfillment while meeting performance and accuracy goals. You’ll complete equipment inspections, follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas.
