Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a PIT Operator for the 2nd shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate reach trucks and order pickers to move pallets, stage stock, and support order fulfillment while meeting performance and accuracy goals.

You will perform equipment inspections, follow strict safety protocols, keep work areas clean, and collaborate with a team. RF scanners and warehouse systems will be used to support efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• PIT/ forklift operation in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Safe operation and daily inspection of equipment.
• Accurate order picking and loading/unloading of pallets.

You will operate powered industrial trucks (such as reach trucks and order pickers) to move, load and unload pallets, stage and replenish inventory, and support order fulfillment while meeting performance and accuracy goals. You’ll complete equipment inspections, follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas. Working with a collaborative team, you’ll use RF scanners and warehouse systems, support continuous improvement and help deliver excellent service to GXO’s global customers.
