Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Frankfort, Indiana. This role supports warehouse operations including forklift tasks, packing, and shipping, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires a high school diploma, forklift license, and at least one year of related warehousing experience. You will work a rotating schedule and have access to paid training, 401(k) with match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (e.g. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $19.00 per hour

• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour

• Schedule: Friday & Saturday 5:30am-4:00pm and Monday & Tuesday 4:30pm-3:0am

Requirements

• Performs other duties as assigned.
