Essential Functions

- Operate a lift truck, driving backwards and twisting to look in the direction of travel on a continual basis.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment.
- Move controls to operate battery-powered lift trucks and transport materials.
- Use lifting devices to load, unload, transport, and stack materials.
- Position lifting devices under, over, or around loads and secure materials for transport.
- Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or platforms.
- Maintain reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
- Follow safety and security standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Roles
- Unloader: Unloads products, verifies counts, inspects condition, and stores products properly.
- Preloader: Reads preload orders, fills orders, inspects, and loads trucks following guidelines.
- Truck Loaders: Inspects trailers, counts units, loads and secures products in trailers.
