Job summary

Sam's Club in Rock Hill, SC seeks a dedicated associate to operate forklift, receive stock, and assist members with their purchases. You will maintain safe pallet handling, organize merchandise, and support club pick-ups and inventory control throughout the shift.

You bring forklift certification and safe pallet jack skills, plus a customer-service mindset to resolve issues, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, compliant, and welcoming shopping environment for members.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift following safety and company standards.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise from distribution centers.
• Provide member service and assist with purchases and self-service technologies.
• Maintain safety and sanitation of the facility and keep the sales floor well-presented.
• Support club pick up orders and ensure accurate staging and timely fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, track in-stock levels, and report shrinkage or issues.
