Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Workflow Planner to ensure smooth product flow from vendors to customers. You will support picking, shipping, and receiving operations, maintain data accuracy, and uphold GMP and SOP standards within the facility.

The role emphasizes coordinating priorities, documenting shipments, and working closely with customer service to meet daily deadlines. This is a hands-on position with growth opportunities in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with materials handling and RF equipment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Report, investigate, and correct shorts.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Direct the flow of vessels between the yard and dock doors.
• Prioritize and monitor daily workload to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Maintain records for inbound and outbound deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound paperwork.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure seamless communication.
