Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our depot team in St. Louis. You will oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management, while performing hands‑on fleet upkeep and ensuring food safety through rigorous cleaning and maintenance.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety policies, DOT compliance, and the ability to operate a forklift, load oil for routes, and manage warehouse tasks with accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of warehouse related job experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Current DOT medical card or willingness to obtain one.
• DOT-regulated vehicle operation and pre-employment drug test.
• Positive test disqualifies applicants for controlled substances.
• Fleet safety policy and clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain forklift operator certification (training provided).
• Mechanically inclined with ability to work with hand tools.
• Able to operate smartphones/handheld devices for tasks.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and move objects.
• Able to climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation review.
• Able to set priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent collaborator and customer service.
• Highly organized and orderly work environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and inventory management for accuracy and efficiency.
• Safely receive oil tankers and verify load specs against COAs.
• Maintain warehouse organization and reconcile orders/inventory.
• Inspect oil samples for contaminants and monitor depot safety.
• Operate forklift to move, load, unload and stack materials.
• Load diesel fleet vehicles with cooking oil for daily routes.
