Job summary

Miller Flooring Company in West Chester, PA is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Assistant to support field and warehouse operations. You will manage tools, equipment, and materials in the warehouse and assist with deliveries to job sites.

A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a strong plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, flexible spending account, paid time off, and employee discounts. Forklift training offered where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• CDL Class A or B is a plus, but not required.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse, construction, or materials handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming materials, tools, and equipment
• Pick and stage orders for job site delivery
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Deliver materials, tools, or equipment to job sites using company vehicles
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard spaces
• Track inventory using manual logs or inventory software
• Assist with tool and equipment check-in/check-out process
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training/certification provided if needed)
