Job summary

XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH), part of the Marubeni Group, seeks an equipment operator to efficiently locate, pull, and process orders in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate Cherry Picker and stand-up forklifts, use RF scanners, and assist with inventory control during daily duties.

Responsibilities include lifting, packing, and loading/unloading trailers, while maintaining safety and accuracy. On-the-job training is provided and equal opportunity employment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate lift truck equipment safely.
• Familiar with RF scanners and basic warehouse software.
• Commitment to inventory accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete a lift inspection at the start of each shift.
• Safely operate lift trucks and wear required PPE.
• Charge and water battery-operated equipment as needed.
• Put products away using appropriate lift equipment.
• Work with RF scanners and computer systems for inventory checks.
• Support Inventory Control with shelf counts and zero confirmations.
• Replenish primary pick locations from overstock areas.
• Maintain inventory integrity in high picking areas.
• Keep area tidy and manage dock loading/unloading.
• Handle manifests, BOLs and invoices as directed.
