Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator at Mt Juliet, TN. The role involves operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, and dock stockers, and supporting daily receiving and distribution center operations to keep inventory moving.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of warehouse equipment operation experience, familiarity with SAP WMS, and a commitment to OSHA safety guidelines. Training in PIT may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse equipment operating experience.
• Basic understanding of SAP Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to pass OSHA-certified written testing and equipment evaluations.
• Ability to pass PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) training.
• Ability to identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, and Dock Stocker.
• Handle daily receiving and distribution center operations.
• Retrieve, transport, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and palletized freight.
• Use SAP scanners, tablets, and warehouse technology to complete tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and production efficiency standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine operational issues.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
