Job summary

World Courier in the United States is seeking a warehouse support professional to assist in distribution operations for Cencora's AmerisourceBergen services. You will monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory records, and ensure accurate shipment documentation to support traceability and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, less than 2 years in a warehouse role, and familiarity with packaging, stock movement, and safe handling practices.

Qualifications

• CSCP certification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and temperature-controlled handling.

Job Details

This role is role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Monday 9am to finish, Tuesday, Thursday, Fri 10:00am to finish

Pay Details: Pay starting at $19.00 /hr with potential for up to $21.00/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions

Education

Work Experience

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required

Certification

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools

Abilities

• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements
