Job summary

Rooms To Go is hiring an Equipment Operator I. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with potential weekly bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Eligible associates receive medical, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k) retirement plans, plus discounts on Rooms To Go furniture.

Role involves handling inventory from receiving to shipping, operating tugger equipment, and following all safety and policies in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Heavy equipment operation experience.
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Able to submit to a drug test and background investigation.
• Ability to bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Able to follow directions and work safely.
• Capacity to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to work in a non air-conditioned environment.

• Consolidate, straighten and safe movement of inventory beginning with the receiving process through the shipping process
• Operate Tugger and other equipment to consolidate, straighten and clean racks as directed
