Job description

Interview process: A video interview and onsite tour are required. If a video interview cannot be accommodated, an onsite interview will be necessary. Proof of identification must be brought to the onsite tour.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $20.00/hr plus a $1.50/hr Equipment Operator Premium when applicable.

What You'll Do

• Operate Order Pickers (Cherry Picker), Reach Trucks, and Scanning equipment to locate and pick orders via Warehouse Management System
• Monitor order management systems to ensure proper receipt and detailed descriptions for issues
• Identify units for storage or shipment accurately
• Work at heights of 30 ft and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly; maneuver products weighing 150+ lbs alone or with a team
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

What You'll Need

• Minimum 6 months of cherry picker experience and comfort with heights (35 ft.)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and move 150+ lbs alone or with a team
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor for 8 hours or more
• Strong work ethic
• Comfort with scanning technology
• Distribution or logistics experience is a plus
• Experience with High Jump is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend English for safety
• Must be at least 18 years old
