Job summary

Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals for a Full-time Unloading/Lumper position in Romulus, MI. The role runs 5:30am - 1:30pm with a $17.00 hourly wage and a $750 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently unload products from trailers & containers using hand trucks and motorized equipment.
• Build and organize products/cartons to correct TI/HI onto pallets for warehouse storage.
• Accurately read and comprehend packaging labels, breakdown sheets, and basic mathematical concepts.
• Communicate effectively and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Safely lift and move products weighing between 10lbs to 70lbs.
• Secure goods for transport using shrink wrap.
• Identify and report any damages or shortages to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Adapt to warehouse conditions, which may include varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime as required.
