Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Tampa, FL is seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our team and be the face of our company on the front lines. You will balance warehouse duties—picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, and shipping/receiving—with occasional tire and wheel deliveries using a company vehicle, while delivering friendly customer service.

You will operate a forklift, assist in deliveries, handle payments and returns, and ensure vehicle upkeep.

Qualifications

Possess a valid standard regular driver’s license; some states may require Class D license – No CDL required.
DOT compliance: pass drug test and DOT physical; be at least 21; eligible to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
Able to be insured under company driving policy.
Able to safely operate a company vehicle and a forklift.
Able to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily; 80 lbs+ requires a team lift.

Responsibilities

Warehouse duties such as picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving, and operating equipment such as a forklift.
Assist in safely delivering tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly, professional customer service, loading/unloading product, collecting payments, managing returns, and maintaining the vehicle.
