Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a safety-focused team.

You will process customer orders, receive inbound goods, stock items, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role emphasizes safe handling, labeling accuracy, and adherence to shipping procedures within a warehouse environment. As part of our team, you’ll operate material handling equipment, maintain clean work areas, and support other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; machining and packing docs.
• Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with major freight forms.
• Experience with packing, shipping methods and labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and expedites shipments.
• Determines method and mode of shipment based on customer requirements.
• Compares identifying information on outbound shipments to verify product and counts.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
• Follow labeling requirements for each customer.
• Proper operation of material handling equipment to safety and production requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
