Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Warehouse Driver in Portland, ME to receive and ship packages using UPS, DHL, and similar carriers, and to assist in loading ICEE delivery trucks with product, promos, and POS materials.

You will make deliveries as needed, maintain POS for Account Executives, pull distributor orders, and keep daily/weekly inventory logs while ensuring a clean, safe warehouse and support for route drivers when needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid Real-ID Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Minimum of two (2) years warehouse and/or customer service experience.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must have steel-toed shoes (ICEE provides uniforms).

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Shipping of packages utilizing: UPS, DHL, etc.
• Assist in loading of ICEE delivery trucks ensuring that they are equipped with ICEE product, current promotional stock and POS (Point of Sale)
• Maintain and order POS for Account Executives
• Box and palletize product for shipment
• Pull orders for distributor pick up
• Maintain daily and weekly inventory logs
• Maintain work area and general upkeep of warehouse/office facility
• Fill in for route drivers when Service Center is short-handed
• On occasion, COD accounts delivered
