Job summary

Gettle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant/Driver to support warehouse operations and ensure the safe, timely delivery of electrical materials to job sites. The role collaborates with the Warehouse Manager, Project Managers, field personnel, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and capable of supporting both warehouse and field teams while maintaining accurate records and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years warehouse/delivery experience preferred.
• Electrical construction material knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver electrical materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to company jobsites while operating company vehicles.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport materials.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company driving policies.
• Maintain delivery records.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and stock materials.
• Organize warehouse inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Prepare materials for projects.
• Maintain a clean warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Follow OSHA, DOT and company safety requirements.
• Wear required PPE.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Communicate with managers, field personnel and vendors.
• Support field crews.

Skills

Valid driver's license

DOT Medical Card

Class B CDL (preferred)

Forklift certification (preferred)

Warehouse operations knowledge
