Job summary

Owl Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role involves delivering parts to internal technicians, supporting daily warehouse operations, and maintaining an organized yard and work environment.

Responsibilities include pulling and labeling parts, stocking inventory, yard upkeep, and occasional forklift and scanner use. Local Monday–Friday schedule with potential longer day trips; strong organization and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical (company-paid).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Basic computer literacy; scanner experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and independent work ethic.
• Professional, customer-facing demeanor and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivering parts and equipment to internal technicians using company vehicles
• Customer-facing interactions while supporting technicians on-site
• Pulling, labeling, and staging parts for scheduled jobs and projects
• Organizing and putting away inventory
• Assisting with warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Yard maintenance and organization, including outdoor work year-round
• Occasional use of scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, yard, and vehicle
