Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Largo, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to stock, organize, and manage inventory while fulfilling customer orders.

You will assist with loading/unloading, yard duties, and daily shipping and receiving to support on-time deliveries. The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 75 pounds, comfort working outdoors, and flexibility to serve as a backup non-CDL driver.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds continuously.
• Have a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred (training after hire).

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Assist customers with orders and entry into systems.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Perform yard duties and outdoor work.
• Count, rotate, and verify inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE usage.
