We are seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves organizing merchandise, receiving shipments, performing inventory counts, and verifying contents against packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and verify stock accuracy.
• Load trucks with organized orders and prepare outbound shipments.
• Operate forklift to load/unload trucks and move merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist as a backup driver for deliveries (DOT Medical Card required).
• Communicate issues to supervisors and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical DOT certification.
• At least 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• 1-3 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Physical and Equipment Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Move throughout the warehouse and load dock.
• Climb stairs, crouch, bend, and work in various environments.
• Use desktop, phone, GPS, forklift, RF scanners, and vehicles.
