R.E. Michel Company in Dover, DE is seeking a Warehouse/Driver to safely operate equipment, fulfill orders, and deliver to customer locations as part of our HVACR distribution team.

You will provide friendly, accurate service, maintain DOT-compliant driving records, and collaborate with a team to keep branch operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory 5-year driving record.
• Ability to pass required DOT physical and operate a forklift (must be at least 18 years old).
• Proficiency in map reading and directions for efficient delivery routes.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.
