Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Hayward, CA is seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role blends warehouse tasks with occasional on-road deliveries, ensuring tires and wheels reach customers safely and on time.

You will operate a forklift, load and unload shipments, and assist with payments, returns, and vehicle upkeep. A valid license and DOT compliance are required, with some cross-state travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard regular driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required.
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• Be able to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Able to operate a company vehicle and a forklift safely.
• Manually move tires up to 80 lbs daily; team lift for heavier loads.

Responsibilities

• Handle warehouse duties including picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, and shipping/receiving.
• Deliver tires and wheels in a company vehicle while providing friendly customer service.
• Assist with payments, returns, and vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in safe, working condition.
• Work mostly in the warehouse (about 90%) with some on-road deliveries.

Job Details Job Location: Hayward - Hayward, CA 94545 Salary Range: $23.00 - $23.00 Hourly JOB TITLE: Warehouse/Driver

As a Warehouse/Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for warehouse duties such as picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving, and operating equipment such as a forklift. Although you will be in the warehouse 90% of the time, you will also assist in safely delivering tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle.

• Monday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: Off
• Wednesday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Sunday: Off

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
