Job summary

Tireco Distributors (TD) in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our team. You will handle warehouse duties such as picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving, and operating a forklift, while also delivering tires and wheels in a company vehicle.

The role emphasizes reliable, customer-focused service, teamwork, and safe operation of equipment. No CDL is required, but you must pass DOT drug test and DOT physical, and be willing to cross state lines as

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard regular driver’s license; no CDL required
• Meet DOT requirements; pass drug test and DOT physical
• Be 21 years or older; willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required
• Able to be insured under company driving policy
• Able to safely operate a company vehicle and a forklift
• Able to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily (80 lbs+ requires team lift)

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, shipping and receiving
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Deliver tires and wheels using company vehicle as needed
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Load and unload product and manage returns
• Maintain assigned vehicle and logs as required

Job Title: Warehouse/Driver

Location: Alexandria, LA 71301

As a Warehouse/Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for warehouse duties such as picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving, and operating equipment such as a forklift. Although you will be in the warehouse 90% of the time, you will also assist in safely delivering tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle.

Required Qualifications and Skills
