Job summary

interiorlogicgroup is hiring a Warehouse Driver to ensure accurate packing, loading, and delivery of materials. The role requires safe forklift operation, vehicle inspections, and maintaining clean company vehicles while supporting project teams on site.

The driver will manage documentation, interact with managers and customers, and uphold safety protocols throughout the day. Located in West Columbia, SC, offering full-time hours and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and the public.
• Interpersonal skills to develop professional relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates and co-workers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems; strong decision making skills.
• Organizational skills to track information for ordering and production processes.
• Working knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheets and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are packed and loaded for delivery.
• Load materials with a forklift safely to prevent damage.
• Deliver materials to job sites and inspect vehicles before use.
• Maintain exterior and interior cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Return unused products to vendors for credit.
• Retrieve invoices from AP and provide to vendors.
• Complete documents and vehicle inspections, obtain signatures.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required safety equipment.
• Perform other field duties as assigned.

Summary

The p rimary responsib ility of the Warehouse Driver is to ensure all the proper materials have been packed, loaded, and delivered safely.

Essential Functions

• Ensure proper materials, items, and equipment have been packed and loaded onto the vehicle for delivery .
• Properly load materials onto the vehicle with a forklift in a safe manner to insure they are not damaged during the loading, transport and unloading process .
• Deliver all materials, equipment and products to job as assigned . Inspect vehicles before each use .
• Maintain exterior and interior cleanliness of Company vehicles .
• Return unused product and materials from work sites(s) and return to vendor for credit on company account .
• Retrieve original invoice from AP Technician and provide to vendor .
• Complete all required documents, complete vehicle inspections, obtain signatures, and submit as required .
• Practice proper safety protocols and utilize proper safety equipment
• Any other field duties as assigned
